From problem to product.

Esyber turns ambiguous business problems into working software, firmware, and connected hardware. We sit with the people who actually feel the problem, translate it into the simplest design that solves it, and ship.

What we do

Three layers, one team.

Most projects sit somewhere in the middle of a stack — a mobile app talking to firmware, a sensor talking to a server, a metering system that has to survive a decade in the field. Esyber works across all three layers, so the seams disappear.

Software & apps

Web, mobile (Android & iOS), back-end services, integrations, data dashboards. We start with the user; the technology follows.

Embedded & firmware

Battery-powered devices that have to work for years. Custom protocols, secure boot, OTA updates, production test rigs. Built for the field, not the bench.

RF, IoT & hardware

LoRa, LoRaWAN, Sigfox, custom gateways, ultra-low-power radio. Schematic, PCB, ICASA certification — to the factory door.

How we work

Translate first. Build second.

Most projects fail because the brief never matched the real problem. We start with a free, one-hour conversation — no jargon, no slide deck. By the end of it you’ll know what the simplest possible solution looks like and roughly what it costs.

From there, we build in short, demonstrable increments. You see something real every two weeks. If we’re wrong about something, you find out early, not at acceptance testing.

1. Listen.
Free 1-hour conversation. We map the real problem before naming a technology.

2. Scope.
A short written proposal. Fixed-scope milestones, fixed prices, no surprises.

3. Build.
Two-week increments. Demo each one. You decide what comes next.

4. Ship.
Tested, documented, with a handover that means you (or your team) can take it from here.

Selected work

Things we’ve shipped.

Across smart metering, industrial RF, and battery-powered field devices. Some clients are named below; others remain anonymous on request.

Smart metering · Embedded · Low-power RF

A decade on three penlight batteries.

Firmware and production-test systems for a flagship smart water meter — engineered to live ten years in the field on a handful of AA cells. Sigfox + LoRa with custom low-power protocols.

IoT · Hardware · ICASA certification

Turning a dumb electricity meter into a smart one.

A piggyback Sigfox board with bespoke serial protocols and custom encryption, taken through ICASA certification (class 0) and first 1000-unit production run.

Industrial RF · System design

Where commercial networks don’t reach.

Custom LoRa gateway and radio network for industrial sensor data in areas without cell coverage. Designed from antenna to back-end.
